Making an appointment was easy and I was able to book on a convenient day when my husband could also be at home for our appointment with Becky. The questionnaires she sent through in advance of the appointment were really useful and asked questions I'd not thought about. Becky responded to my answers and fed back what her objectives were when it came to our assessment session. She was incredibly understanding of my feelings as a parent and I felt completely supported and listened to when she spent time with us. The initial assessment was enough for our situation right now but I absolutely would not hesitate to go back to Becky in the future. She was a pleasure to speak to.
